When applied, it forms a durable yet pliable membrane that effectively withstands ponding water, corrosion, and rust. This type of coating is frequently chosen for roofs because its high flexibility enables it to endure the natural expansion and contraction of the metal. This creates a protective layer between the metal roof and harsh environmental factors like extreme temperatures, damaging UV rays, and rain. Once a rubber roof coating is installed, the roof becomes resistant to cracks and other damage.
