"Jacob and Rodney were an incredible team. We dealt with Jacob mostly and he was professional, friendly, and had a “make it happen” mindset. He took care of everything with our insurance company and I didn’t have to lift a finger throughout the entire process. I would trust him completely to handle any other claim I would need in the future. Rodney was great in getting us the best pricing with contractors for some additional work that we needed. Both had incredible customer service and were on the job site multiple times throughout all the work that was done. Our full roof replacement was completed in one day. "I cannot say enough positive things about Tyler Engle with Home Team Roofing. This guy is a superstar! He was working with our neighbor on his roof when we casually asked if he would take a look at ours if he had time. I can honestly say that i have never had better service from anyone - EVER. He walked us through the insurance claim and let us know everything that was going on every single step of the way. 100% responsive on the many questions i had and very knowledgeable about the process and the products. The material was delivered exactly when promised. The roofing team actually arrived 15 minutes early and finished a little early. My roof looks great and has performed in these recent storms like a champ. We even went over the grounds with our own magnet to check the clean up. Not one nail left behind!. I am 100% recommending Tyler and Home Team roofing to coworkers and family. I know and trust that Tyler will take great care of them. Great job Tyler - and thank you..."

"I needed a new roof, I knew it, but I was concerned about the entire insurance process and what my actual out of pocket expenses would be. I can't tell you what a relief it was when Hayden talked me through the entire process, and then I watched as what he said would happen work out step by step. Everything worked out just like he said it would, and he was there answering questions whenever I had them. Once insurance had approved our roof, they literally were there within the week to replace it. The work was fantastic, the crew was great. They made sure to clean up so well the neighbors even commented on it."

Chris was a pleasure to work with and he worked with my Insurance Company to get the job approved since I had hail damage. They were on time for every meeting and material delivery. "Jeff Evans and Robert Creech are the best! The level of service from this company is second to none. We had our roof repaired well over a year ago. We noticed a water leak in one of our finance offices and assumed that the repair they performed was the culprit. I contacted Jeff Evans and he had Robert Creech show up so quickly it made my head spin.
Robert not only confirmed that their repair was still intact, he took the time to diagnose a plumbing leak on the adjacent wall. They didn't charge me a dime for the trip and they are the friendliest bunch of professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

"Home Team Roofing and Hayden McDonald are the best! Hayden knows his stuff. He talked and handled all the insurance stuff. He presented all the info upfront and accurately. There were no hidden costs that surprised us later. He was always very responsive to us and showed up when he said he would. He arranged to have the roof done in one day. At the end of the day, you could not tell that a roofing company had been there except for the great looking brand new roof. We have to have a permit from our HOA to do any work on our houses. He even took care of that. Did I say he was the best???? We’ll, he is. I highly recommend this company and Hayden"

"I am not surprised that this company has such a good rating! We had our roof replaced and we worked with Hunter B. on this project. He goes the extra mile for you to make it work and make it right! He deserves a medal for that!
While at it, we wanted to give our house a slight color change and new gutters. Hunter coordinated everything with the roofers, the painters and the gutter installer for us and always kept us in the loop.
We got to work with a honest, hard working project manager who take the time to explain to you everything and every step of the process. You always know what the next step will be and how it will look like. And if you have any questions, he will be there for you and answer your question to your satisfaction.
There is so much more positive things to say about this company, but this review will turn into a very long review. So to keep it short: If you need anybody for your roof, that should be them!!"
